Who we are

Family owned and operated, we are ready to care for you!

Your driver, Ajia, worked in healthcare for several years, previously as a State Tested Nurse Aide in OH and KY. She’s worked with seniors, children (some with special needs) and every age in between. Many years ago, her daughter was born with special needs, she eventually needed the use of a wheel chair. Ajia needed to find transportation for her daughter’s monthly appointments at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. When she found transportation she and her young daughter had to ride with the public transit Access bus. This bus had multiple riders at one time, having to ride on the bus for hours at times. Ajia realized how difficult it was to transport her daughter this way, she had to find another way! She learned about riding with an Ambulance company. She wouldn’t have to ride on the bus for hours while taking the chance of her daughter being exposed to germs and/or her oxygen tank running low.

In recent years, Ajias’ son experienced a medical issue, he tore his ACL and MCL. He had to go to PT 3 days a week. That meant at lot of time missed at work for Ajia. The PT office shared with her that insurance can cover transportation. The PT office would help schedule transportation. Ajia didn’t realize this was a possibility being that her son didn’t have serious medical needs, in the same way as her daughter. This was wonderful news! This was such a weight off her shoulders!

Ajia knew there was a need in the community as well. If she needed help certainly there were more people in the community! Also, public transit in Wilson county is limited to scheduled transportation. She thought there had to be a parents or caregivers, who had to miss time from work to provide support and transportation to healthcare appointments. She realized the need for transportation in her community for everyone of all ages, family makeup, and economic status was necessary!

Some insurance providers will cover the cost of transportation, some will not or will cover certain number of trip per year. There are some instances transportation may have to be paid out of pocket. While paying privately can be expensive it can be unavoidable. We strive to make it affordable!

We know transportation can be hard to navigate.

Also, want this service to assist with additional transportation needs where Public Transportation isn’t readily available. Like; trips to the Pharmacy, Social Service appointments, the Grocery store and even the Bank.

We want to help make things easier!
